    I closed my hot press door yesterday and I am unable to open it the lock seems too have broken. To unlock it I might need to take the door off. Any contacts for a good/reasonable carpenter ???

    What kind of door is it? And the latch? If it is this type:

    You could try to open this using a ruler.

    Thanks for the advice I managed to get a handyman u opened the door but a new lock is required. !!!!
