Cooling off period for online subscription?

    Hi,

I bought a subscription to an online question bank, used for preparation for exams. Realised soon after that it didn't offer as much as other question banks. I only used it for about 10 minutes, answered 4 questions before sending an online message to the company asking about cancellation (no phone number provided). Probably wont hear anything back until Monday. Just wondering if anyone knows if a cooling off period applies for these? Its an English website if that changes anything.

    thanks

By default the 14 cooling off period applies unless you knew that downloading or using the service would cancel the cooling off period and you expressly consented to this.

Thanks for that! I'll have to wait and see what they say.
