    Hello I was just wondering what I need to do to post a pic/URL?
    I have posted one before but now when I go to post it won't send because I'm a new user?

    Hello.

    New rules implemented this year mean that you must now have 25 posts in order to post pictures or URLs. This was a necessary measure in order to prevent spam from users who used to just register, create a few innocent-looking posts, and then hit the site with spam in the guise of a regular user.

    I know this doesn't help in your case, but something had to be done to combat the problem.
