    Even more annoying is when it's spelled like "dat ___ tho/doe"

    "On point" was one that always annoyed me and now it seems to be replaced by "on fleek." WTF does that even mean? At least with on point you can gather what it means from context, but where did on fleek come from and why is it a good thing?
