One of these people looks like they're at a traveller wedding......(it's not Andy)

I've seen far, FAR worse hair than Miriam's.

Just sa... oh, forget it. :o:o:D;)

Oh God yeah definitely far worse than that out there, but she's a very attractive woman and looks amazing for her age- I just think her hair and makeup could be so much nicer on her.

That's awful. A comments section? It's like seeing a once-proud alcoholic reduced to suckling on the old hospital hand-sanitiser gel.

There but for the grace of God go each and every one of us. :(

Am I the only one who is seriously p1ssed off that RTE insist on showing the repeat of the Imelda May Show (which aired last night) straight after Saturday Night with Miriam?

    No, you're not. ;)

Their decision to show a Late Late "Best Of" on summer Friday nights is no better. :o  ;)

He speaks very well for a boxer. Most struggle to put two sentences together. Dodgy ground there Miriam, talking about travellers fighting.

As soon as I moved to Cork, all the winners are from anywhere except Cork

It seemed like a good idea at the time.

Does Andy know he's wearing a tablecloth?

    Tonight's winner from...

    *record scratches*

    Longford!

    Where's Harry Angstrom tonight?

I still say that RTE cancelled the SNS because they didn't like the fact that it was beating the LLS in the ratings...

God I hate the way Miriam uses the above statements!!

Come to think of it, she says "Give a very warm welcome/round of applause to [whoever]" quite a bit, as well. :o:o:D;)

That song Bob Geldof played, 'Like Clockwork', was the first record ever played on 2FM

I enjoyed him a lot too. He also had a very interesting take on fashion. He was a tailor's dream.
