Difference between Android and laptop versions

When I look at this post it makes sense on the laptop. However, when I looked at the same post earlier on my Android phone it made less sense:

    "Electioneering!

No matter which politician visits money for will not be an issue once they are elected."

I've refreshed the page and the difference between looking at the same post on two different devices remains. Presumably the answer is in the [] but it still seems a bit unusual that text can make less sense because you're reading it on an Android phone.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
