    StrAwberry flavoured water : is this good or bd for you? Is there an alternative without using fruit?

    Get one of those infuser bottles that are all the rage now. Pop some fresh strawberries in and voila!

    There isn't really an alternative. I'd avoid those flavoured waters because they're usually full of aspartame and other chemicals.
    I also think they taste very artificial.

    Adding fruit to your water is lovely and not time consuming at all.
    I take a wide-mouthed water bottle and pop in slices of lemon and lime or perhaps strawberries and lime.

    It lends a hint of a flavour without being overpowering.
    Then you can eat the fruit after you've had the water!
