Looking for plates classes in north Dublin where wont look out of place as a man. Essentially using this to help with core strength and some flexibility for half marathon training as well as for rugby season ahead to help reduce back pain as a result of front row.

    Any help is appreciated.

I've heard of a few on the southside but to be honest, you won't look out of place. No one cares enough about who else is in the class to make you feel like you're out of place.

Yeh definitely won't be out of place. You might feel out of place, but that's another thing entirely and after one class you'll have forgotten about it when you realise you're the only one who thinks you are :D

One word of warning (coming from someone who attends a pilates class as the only guy): make sure you eat long before the class. As we all know, women do not guff, so yours will be particularly noxious to their delicate noses. :D
