Ok... Getting back into the swing of things with training and diet

I have a 1 hour commute in the morning

I need to eat something during this time before I get to work and get some eggs

    Protein shake ok?

Shall I add anything to it? Make it with Almond mil? Add a banana?

Looking to lose weight so don't want carbs until my pre workout meal at 11am.

    Thanks in advance

I suppose if you don't want carbs don't add a banana anyway

Protein shake sounds grand if it fits into everything else you wanna do

Have you kcal and macro targets?

What kinda parameters do you have for your morning shake?

Or is it just a case of having a shake with no carbs?
