Waking up in the middle of the night

Hi my partner keeps waking up during the night thinking because work stuff comes into his head and he can't switch off. If that happens me, I usually can't get to sleep but I'd never wake up during the night. Is there anything that you can do to stay asleep?

Sounds like he is stressed out. He probably needs to address the root cause and no doubt normal sleep cycle will return.
