Samsung Smart Hub - On TV not available?

Hi I have a H-series Samsung smart TV with dual satellite and saorview tuners.

Of late I've lost the On TV feature which conveniently displays the current channels and what's available on other channels. This worked perfectly with Freesat channels and I found them to be very useful. I've reset the smart hub and made sure I have the UK region selected. This is confirmed as I've been given the UK apps in the App Store.

    Can anyone advise?

There was a pop up a while back saying this feature was going on July 1st (and the movies & tv section that was largely irrelevant here). The same notification said that new features are on the way but now that 2015 Samsung TV's run Tizen I can't imagine they will be focusing on last years defunct OS very much if at all but we'll see, I'll happily be proved wrong. I also have the H6500 and generally use the smart hub very little although I don't have SKY or UPC so use the Freesat & Freeview features as my main TV (I have Irish &UK channels on the smart bar which make switching between them very easy, this has so far been unaffected and i don't want that messed with).
