Places to do Agricultural Science?

Hi, all. So, the title mostly says it: I'm going to be repeating the LC and I'm looking for somewhere in Dublin to do Agricultural Science for the first time as a one year course. I'm near Swords specifically, but I can travel into town or wherever is needed. It seems as if there are quite a few grinds schools that do this…

I'd like somewhere that helps you out a good bit with the project, as that's the main reason I'm looking for a school.

Oh, and before I forget: is there a general opinion on what the best Ag Sci book is?
