Need Autodesk Sketchbook Copic Edition app

    I had downloaded the Copic edition of Autodesk Sketchbook ages ago from the AppStore but today I noticed that it had disappeared from my phone, and it seems to be gone from the app store. It is supposedly available in Japanese app store but when I changed stores I couldn't find it.

    Does anyone have this still and would they mind zipping the app and uploading it?
    Would really appreciate it as I was really depending on it to help me get some work done this week.
