paypal dispute advice?

    I booked a transfer from lanzarote airport last week with resorthoppa.com via paypal and the company didnt supply the return leg of the trip leaving me with a bill of €50 extra for a taxi. I contacted them yesterday with photocopies of my receipt and the itinerary supplied to me which they didnt adhere to and was told I would get a ticket number and allow upto 7 days to investigate my issue. I haven't heard anything back yet regarding a ticket no. from two emails I sent. Would it be prudent if I open a paypal dispute now or shoul I wait 7 days. How successful are these disputes in getting refunds?

    Get straight on to paypal, there may be issues though because you received half your service.
