I want to share this two Diets with you

    Mistake in the headline: These*


    The first diet is a little more healthy diet with well balanced meals and will help you instantly loose weight, but I recommend the diet with some exercise program for better results lose 10 pounds in a week. The other diet is a little more strait forward in loosing weight, it's more effective and will help you lose more pounds in a short period of time, and the name of the diet speaks for itself Military Diet.

    Well I think you'll be hungry the first few days or weeks :), but you'll get used to it. I mean the first one is well balanced and should not be a problem. But you must be aware of all the temptations in any diet, perseverance is the key.

    That sounds awfully like something that isn't a short cut, which I don't think will work for me. Can you recommend something that can fit me into a dress two sizes smaller for the wedding next week?

    Also I feel I have a lot of toxins. Is there some way to detox my body, the way you might tidy up your bedroom or wash your car, so it's all clean and new looking?

    As for the second one, it's some achievement to suggest drastic undereating but still fit in 1 cup ice cream everyday. :rolleyes:
