    Hey everyone,

I'm looking for the best mobility routines on YouTube and wonder if anyone has any particular faves that they themselves have used to get great results.

I am familiar with Kelly Starrett so am looking for other guys and girls to check out. Hip and knee vids are especially welcome!

    Cheers

    This is what I use.

Pretty solid videos for each body part.

    MobilityWOD on youtube for more.

    I do Joe DeFranco’s Limber 11 about 2/3 times a week.

You don't want knee mobility. That's not a good thing. Knee has a very heavy stability requirement.

K* and DeFranco's limber 11 for the win.

Well, while I agree that extra mobility in the knees is not generally something you want, I have to say that I have met a fair few people who cannot do the following:

I think this is a level of knee mobility that most people should be aiming for.

In principle, yes, but I'd think insufficient plantar flexion at the ankle is a much bigger deal there really
