    Plenty of people here that can help you, plus a lot of information in the stickies at the top of the main page too, so take a read through that and ask any questions you need.

    I like the precision nutrition starting point though if all that is a bit bewildering...

    Shoot for 3-4 meals of the following...
    - Palm size serving of protein (2 if your male)
    - Fist size vegetables
    - Cupped hand of carbohydrate
    - Thumb sized fats

    What's your diet like at present? In as much detail as you can?

    Do you do any exercise/activities? Is there anything you don't do but that you would like doing regularly?
