Fanny is slang for vagina. And an old fashioned name. That's it.

I know that and that it's a traditional name for women, I don't get the idea of an ad based on it, it seems like it's a rubbish idea tbh

I know women called hope and prudence

Giving your baby son a name with "Mary" anywhere in it. Used to be pretty common.

There are a few Isis's out there who have chosen to change their names due to recent happenings. I read that they also killed off the dog, Isis, in Downton Abbey for that reason.

I just keep expecting the guy in the advert to go MADE FROM GIRDERS in a thick Glaswegian accent.

The yanks use the word fanny for their arse and I do laugh everytime they call a bumbag a fanny pack or say things like "She kicked my fanny".

Went to college with a Geraldine McGee. Her brother was actually called Ulick. More sniggering ensued.

^ Was that Ulick McGee who attended Sandymount High School in Dublin?

    Dog's life he got...

Yeah and in Archer the agency had to drop the name ISIS.

Enda, Kim Jong is a touchy one as well, you might be asked by himself to change it.
