    Quick question,

    Does your body get used to the same diet like it does with workouts?



    I follow my Macros and Calories and the repetition doesn't bother me too much along with the fact its easy to track and calculate on my fitness pal.

    I mean my diet is 95% the exact same everyday

    There can be certain metabolic adaptations when you're consistently in a deficit.

    Are you trying to maintain a deficit?

    Yes I am trying to maintain a deficit.

    I'm currently 23 yo, 145 lbs, 5 foot 7 inches and I think about 14 % bf.
    Can see my top 4 abs and I'm having real difficulty losing that last bit of fat like many people.

    I'm often the architect of my own downfall as I keep researching macro ratios and calorie intakes leading me to changing both almost every week.

    I weight train 5 days a week.

    Mon , Thurs, Chest triceps
    Tue , Wednesday , Back shoulders biceps
    Wednesday legs and core.

    Struggling to get cardio in, mostly it's once a week in the formof a few hill sprints.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your time.
