Am back at gym this week. My old sports bra is worn giving zero support and I'm also bigger on top than previous. I'm flopping everywhere. What brands are good for big busts and offer a strong control please

I use panache, shock absorber, Freya, and glamorise (amazon)

I use the Moving Comfort Juno bra, but I don't know where you'd get them in Ireland - I got them in USA.

Another vote for shock absorber. I like the ones where it has two fastenings, one where a regular bra closes and another up higher, the second one really locks you into place and stops bouncing.

I'd recommend Shock Absorber too, the run one. Even for me, and I'm not anywhere near big chested, it gives really good support. I find the nike ones don't give you the same support whereas the shock absorber is more like a bra. The nike ones and one like that are expensive too but really aren't worth it I think.

I cant use bra's that you pull over your head, due to shoulder injury. Shock absorber do some that do up at back and front (it is an effort to get into), and if yu want full support the glamorise ones are great. They wont win any prizes, for looking good though

I'm wearing Lonsdale ones I got very cheap on Sports Direct and they're grand, even running, I'm a 38d.

But they are pull over head ones.

    Shock absorber all the way.

I'm a 30FF - I tend to wear the Shock Absorber S4490 and D+ Max and the Panache sports bra. I need that level of support for running, but I can get away with less for cycling (have been relatively comfortable with a Penneys crop top where I sized down to a 6-8 for use on the turbo at home).
