Windows 10 upgrade?

So a little box has appeared on my taskbar, for downloading Windows 10. Is it worth it? I am currently using Windows 7. It runs fairly issue free. My parents are running Windows 7 also but find the computer is very very slow. I've run anti-virus etc but hasn't found anything. Would Windows 10 suit them better?

From 7 to 10. Took a few attempts but just retrying rather than the pain involved with previous versions. Pleasently surprised to find it's left the Linux boot loader alone thus far.

I have a dual booted desktop,win vista up graded to 7 a number of years ago,and win 8 on a separate partition(same physical drive) so win 8 upgraded to 10 just fine everything worked.Up-Graded vista/7 to 10 and no work its stuck in a startup repair loop.
Is there a way to roll back to 7 using a cmd command?
