boosting immune system

Hi all, not looking for medial advice. I have a few medical issues (autoimmune disease and very low blood pressure) and have a high white blood cell count at present, which I've had since October. I have to wait 8 weeks for repeat bloods and am exhausted, probably with something viral. I'm looking for advice on supplements or food to prioritise in my diet to give my immune system a bit of a boost?

Typical day diet- breakfast, either porridge made with half milk half water, or oats with Greek yoghurt and banana, or scrambled eggs

Lunch- usually tuna salad with greens, peppers, sweetcorn and a bit of mayo

Dinner- varies but generally something like a stir fry and rice, homemade turkey burgers with fried egg, sweet potato and avocado, homemade sheppards pie etc.

Snacks- smoothie or peanut butter protein balls (made with honey and oats)

Exercise _ Pilates x2 a week, cycling x 2, and one zumba class a week.

I'm not currently taking any supplements but any ideas would be much appreciated thanks!
