boxing/kickboxing or similar classes?

    Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could suggest or recommend a boxing or kickboxing class around either Dundrum/D14 or Dublin city centre? I'm not looking to train competitively (as is probably obvious given the fact that I'm not too picky about whether it's boxnig or kickboxing), I just want have fun and improve my fitness!

    You don't want to reach a competitive level, that's fine of course. But do you want to learn actual boxing/kickboxing skills?

    Hi,

    Yes! Sorry, I should have been more clear, a lot of the classes I've found are either boxercise which seems more like an aerobics class or else serious one-on-one/small group training (which aside from anything else is way outside my price range), I'm looking for something in between I suppose? Like, something where I could learn to spar as well as get my heart rate up.

    I mean, I'm definitely open for suggestions, after some googling boxing/kickboxing seem to have that kind of fast-paced/cardio element to them that I'm looking for, but if there are any other sports that people could suggest that would be fantastic!
