    What ye think of this coming ipo? Will have equity from house sale in a weeks time for 12 months.. Thinking of putting some of it aside for this..

    They have been growing steadily during the recession, and seem to have their operating costs under check.

    I'll not be to interested in the long haul/dividend, instead looking to cash out in 12 to 18 months time to fund next house.
