Is there any chance in getting channels from the 66.0°E satellite in Dublin. I have a motorised dish with 1.2 mtr.

If you have clear LOS towards satellite (elevation only 1,8* above horizon) than it worth to try. According to Satbeams it should be possible even on smaller dish.

What are you after on 66E? There's not much on it. Most is C Band.

Ive just scanned the KU band I get nothing. Im also 2500km East of you and I still get nothing.

55 East on the other hand I get a lot channels, Mainly Russian.

There are some Indian channels on 66E - Intelsat 17

Would I be able to get it?

Yes, of course, but only if you install 3m antenna and use C-band LNB. All India channels are in C-band. With small antenna it is impossible to get- forget about 66*E in that case.

Is there any chance with 1.2 mtr dish + C band LNB? Why 3 mtr dish?

No chance with 1,2m for 66*E C-band, dish is too small. 3m dish is minimum.
