Hanging pull-up bar

    I got a wall mounted pull up bar, to be hung on the outside of the back wall of the house, unfortunately the house is cavity block?

    Had anyone successfully hung a pull-up bar off cavity block?

    And if you did what did you do/use?

    (I thought it was a 4" solid wall, was going to use rawl bolts)
