OK so I'm on plenty of fish...is there anyone else out there finding there is a lot of time wasters?? Lads saying there are interested and want to go on 2nd date and never hearing from them again. One lad last week couldn't stop telling me how much he was interested and this week he is ignoring me...beginning to see a pattern here. Now i have met some nice lads too but it seems recently i am meeting just a lot of lads that are looking for the attention only.

there are those on it, male and female, who are just after an ego boost despite what they might say.

It is possible too that they might have met someone else who they've clicked with better and have just abandoned checking their POF as a result.

I met my gf on POF and around the time we started dating I had been messaging another girl regularly. I pretty much left the other girl hanging when I stopped checking my profile and later closed the account.
That was in Feburary and in honesty I kind of feel a bit bad about it. Maybe I should have sent her a courtesy message saying I'm deleting my profile or whatever.
