    Hi all,

    Would anyone be able to recommend a personal trainer in Dublin who specialises in transformations for fitness modelling competitions such as NIFMA etc.?

    I have been to a few well known PT's in the industry, both good and bad experiences.

    Yep I second this question. I am at 11.8% bodyfat now from 20% and am looking to get into single digits. Progress is starting really slow down and become a real struggle, I reckon a good trainer would help me see properly through this phrase. Currently a member of Westwood Clontarf.

    Any recommendations in Dublin 3?

    I'm also a member in Westwood Clontarf!

    There was a trainer there who specialised in it but he has since left, now all the other trainers are a bit meh.

    Surely there is one in North Dublin?

    I think his name was Aaron, I'd say there is one some where but I just don't have the knowledge. I normally go on my own plan, but I think it's time to kick things up a knotch
