Well some girls should. Women with hairy nipples is a thing. Not sure how it's possible for some women to be so blissfully unaware that they shouldn't allow their nipples to have little hairs on them, but they do.

Usually excessive amounts of facial hair, chest (not nipple) hair, hair on backs of thighs.

Just a point on if you were shaving your nipples, when you start shaving an area once the hair is going to keep growing back darker and stronger.....

Don't think I have hair on my boobs but I wouldn't risk it.

It grows back with a blunt edge, making it feel coarser. It doesn't grow back stronger or darker.
