In relation to that late late segment this ad ruffled a few feathers here in the past few weeks. Plenty of complaints!

Love it. I'm not even Australian and I want to celebrate Australia day.
Now where can I buy some aussie lamb.;)

I see they've arrested the chief suspect for the burglary of Twinks house.

Anyone know what the story is on bringing in kerosene and coal from northern Ireland.
Can you land in hot water if caught?

I suspect if you're caught you won't have any hot water ;-)

I know they are using hazard chemical regulations too, keep should be transported in a bundled tank.

Never heard of any issues with coal. If you are unlucky enough to be caught by Customs with a cube of kero, they will confiscate the cube, oil and trailer. Also an on the spot fine. If you don't have the money on you, they can bring you to a bank link. The fine is, I think, double the duty that should have been paid. You should get the trailer back at a later date, with a bit of pressure from your TD etc.

It's very rare, but it does happen.
They usually claim to have donated the kero to a Nursing Home etc.

Diesel drums in the back of the van? That's how we did it for one house :D

I am frozen to the bone. Lets move horses, my neighbour said. Be grand, he said. They both don't need halters, just do the palomino one.
Black horse just decided to go on a jaunt around the country with me cursing after it. Then she stood on my toe and reared up on me when I was taking off the bridle.

Remind me again why I like horses :o:confused:

    LMAO!!
Exactly the same with me a couple of hours ago.
The hunt are coming through here tomorrow so I said I'd bring in a couple of 3yr olds. They're not broken yet so I'm lunging them and putting manners on. The weather is like 'Deadliest Catch' and they're a bit flighty...2 hours later before I caught one of the h**rs!!

Coming back from football. Tipping along a woman came straight out in front of jeep. Heart attack moment. She never looked our way. Think she also had special needs. Roll on wine of clock. Fair fright. She kept saying sorry

We had a thouroghbred mare once and we brought her to an RID stallion to be served. She was showing for the teaser no problem. I was holding her in a sand ring just as the stallion was coming towards her and the fe#ker reared up and came down with her foot on top of my head. It was lucky she hadn't shoes on. Then my father thought he'd be the great fella and show me how it's done and she reared up again and came down on his nose.:D She ended up the next year in crispy pancakes.

At least cows can't do that they just use their heads instead.;)

Lol, these had no shoes either thankfully.

Actually said the exact same thing about cattle on the way back to the jeep, a bull may drag you round the field on a halter and puck at you when trying to lead him. But at least he can't stand on his back legs and turn into 8ft of stompy anger.

I will never ever use the usual 6' leadrope. Always use a 12' and totally safe.

We fe#king had a lunging rope on her and always would when covering with a stallion. But this one had a mind of her own. The stallion man we brought her to didn't like putting a touch on mares and said she'd be fine. We put her in the stocks after that and put a touch on her and she stood and went in foal.
She bred a few eventers and her last foal actually got struck with lightning.

I was able to buy another filly foal out of the insurance money from that. But we always ai'd the mares from then on.

    No she was bay.
Yea there was a thunderstorm passed over one day and my uncle was visiting and we said we'd go and see the horses when it passed over. There was only one bang of thunder but we knew it was close. Any way we went to see the horses and the foal was lying dead flatout in the middle of the field. There wasn't a mark or burn mark on it but it was still warm. We had it insured for lightening so called the vet out and he did a post-mortem and confirmed it was lightning.

I was able to buy a chestnut filly foal by ballinvella (the last crop) and she was one of the best mares we had. Her first foal ended up sold to max hauri and was jumping in Switzerland.

We actually got on well with chestnut horses.:P

Whoever won that 66million won't have a hope in hell in keeping that secret.
The media are going crazy atm trying to find out who won.
The thought of winning it would be nice but I think you'd want to weld your letterbox shut after or else get a secretory.
Actually you could go on a holiday for 3 months till the hype died down.
But it's life changing stuff and congrats to whoever won it.
