Sleep/try meditate properly and generally relax and be completely stress free

I have a very low BS threshold but thankfully, due to advancing years, I just ignore muppets now and tend to think of them as a waste of oxygen and energy.

Not much...used a small bit when I wasn't working with a friend of mine....to help my back muscles it was recommended

No, would have done the same as you. Some people are foolish with drink on them and wouldnt have it on my conscience.

Rainbow bright drinks! they tasted like that rowntrees fruit pastille icepop they used to have...and they had glitter floating on top...i had to !

Foleys...could not get near a lot of other places...not really night cluby person in general anyway

At times....though they are very over rated.....over crowded pubs etc stress me out (so it's all grand in Waterford )
