Not really :( It's like we have an enormous electric blanket. If it snows overnight then it's usually melted by the following afternoon. I usually end up watching the news with envy seeing all the peeps with inches of snow.

Do you like driving in the snow?

I'm only learning to drive so I can barely drive on a beautiful day... Snow would be an absolute no go for a long time :p
    Nah....I'm near enough the sea

Would you like to be somewhere with 40c heat

Oh God yeah. ;):D I love the warm weather.

    Do you wear glasses/contacts?

Getting a Quick-pick is about as random as it gets for me :o

What was the last problem you solved without getting help from a grown-up?

Was trying to open a jar this afternoon. It wouldn't open. My mam actually just stared and me and didn't offer to help, so I had to do it myself. I eventually got it. ;)

    What was your first car?

I'm learning to drive, I'm insured on my mam's car. :o It's a Nissan Almera. So I haven't really owned my own car yet. I'm hoping to get my own in the new year.

Whats the furthest you have travelled on your own?

Two weeks in New York would have been the longest.

    What was your first phone?

It was some kind of Motorola. Would have been around 12/13 years ago now. I thought I was the business with it. I wonder if I could find the model online. :p

    EDIT: It was a Motorola T2288 http://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_talkabout_t2288-82.php

Going to New York. It's around 7 hours over. Less coming back.

What is your favourite food to order from any takeaway?

Indian without a doubt, bombay pantry chicken curry hot to be precise

Have you ever robbed a car

Indian, my choice of main varies but I love getting a load of poppadoms, bhajis, peshwari naan, saag aloo and all the dips etc DELICIOUS!

    What about yourself?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,153 ✭✭✭jimbobaloobob

I wouldn't know what to order in a take away. I always feel under pressure if I have to make the call.

I do like a Thai green curry.

Do you like hot spicy food?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,699 ✭✭✭The Pheasant2

    Love it

Would you rather be blind, or deaf and paralysed from the waist down?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

Blind probably though they're very grim options

Did you have a good sleep last night

Went swimming (in a pool) yesterday evening so I slept like a baby.

What time do you get up at?

Was up at about 4 and again at 7

Rudeness, bad personal habits (be it routinely stinking of BO, nose picking in public or people who sniffle and snort constantly) *shudder*. Oh and people who don't just answer a question directly but give some weird vague and evasive answer. I should really move this reply to the TA thread.

    What makes you supremely happy?

    Knowing that I am deadly!

Have you been out and about enjoying this lovely day?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭Jamaican Me Crazy

Nope. I'm a slave of corporate greed. Stuck in work for the day.

Have you been to any Christmas markets?

    Not as yet.

    What is eggnog?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭Jamaican Me Crazy

An online recipe tells me it is eggs, sugar, milk, cream, nutmeg and bourbon. I think it sounds mank.

    Would you try it?

I'd try a sip out of curiosity.

    Do you have any trophies?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

A trophy wife is all I have.

Do you keep your car clean and tidy- or is it a bit like Syria in there?

Ah no it's not as bad as Syria. It's a bit like Drumcondra the day after the All Ireland.

Keeping with the car theme - what would be your dream car?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

1964 Jaguar E type. In factory condition.

Would that car tingle your tingly bits?

The only car to tingle my tingly bits would have to have -oline on the end of it.

    Do you ever wear coveralls?
