Physio asked me last night had i any niggles and when i listing practically every part of my body he laughted and said he souldn't have asked!!!:D

Thanks! I'm delighted. Missed out on the 3:55 but all I really cared about was the sub 4 and I got it!
3:58:42. I'm shattered now. I've the feet up and compression socks on. I've two nasty black toenails which may not make it, but I've a smile on my face. I'm off work for the week so will write a report at some stage.
Thanks to all the supporters, it makes such a difference to have that extra boost.
