Hi, I've had a baby 15 weeks ago & my pelvic floor has still not recovered. I have an appointment with the physio, at the hospital but as it's public it's not for another few weeks. I'm just wondering if there's any physios out there or mums that have been through this that have advise on what exercise I can take part in?

I'm finding it all very depressing as I'm used to being active whether it be running or doing classes. Any time I go back to doing impact exercise my PF goes back to square one where I feel I have no strength there.
