When not logged in, does anybody else find the sign in buttons are navy blue

I'm not sure if it's a bug report or an issue with my browser so I thought I'd post it here. I've attached 2 screenshots of the issue, one with the 3 buttons in the top right-hand corner missing or rather, coloured a navy, darkish blue and one where they are light grey as normal. The only page where the sign in button appears normally is the www.boards.ie page itself.

Can anybody else confirm this behaviour? I am using windows 7 64bit and Internet Explorer 11. When logged in, my username is present as normal in the top right corner across all pages.

I don't use IE but tested it using IE 11 and Windows 8.1, experiencing the same as above.

I reported this a while back but it doesn't seem to have been fixed yet...

Actually, I spoke too soon - it's fine on the main Boards home page but still broken on the individual forum pages.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
