Clearing MacBook

    Hello all,

    I've been following this tutorial online as I want to clear my MacBook before selling it on. http://classroom.synonym.com/clear-old-macbook-6310.html

    I'm stuck at step 5. I'm not sure what the startup disc is exactly.
    I have four options in the left hand side.
    Macintosh HD
    - Macintosh HD
    disk1
    - OS X Base System

    Can anybody give me any further guidance.
