Only myself, patmac and feargale scored anything this week. Surprisingly not many people were confident of Kilkenny winning an All Ireland final.

That means that before the initial predictions are taken into account, padd b1975 and patmac are now the joint leaders on 121 points. feargale and Pandiani are joint third but 10 points behind the leaders.

I'll do the initial prediction scores later on.

So this season's Hurling Championship Pools champion is patmac. patmac does the double this season in carrying over his form from the NHL pools victory into the championship. Probably the first time a Westmeath man will do a national hurling league and championship double. Congrats to patmac.

Runner up spot is a dead heat between padd b1975 and Pandiani. padd b1975 was long time leader but was just pipped to the post. Pandiani came from way back with a massive 16 bonus points from their initial predictions to claim a share of second place.

So thanks to everyone for playing. Congratulations to patmac again. Look out for the NHL 2016 competition in the new year where you'll get the chance to dethrone patmac.

Thanks Hammer Archer for the time you put into this it's great craic.
The double eh, who would have believed it, being a Westmeath man living in Roscommon probably gives me a slight edge regarding the lower levels of hurling but a few gambles near the end kept me in touch and I managed to get lucky in the end. Having beaten Meath in the football and if my club Padraig Pearses can finally win a Senior Championship it will cap of a memorable year for me.
3 cheers for my worthy opponents Padd b 1975 and Pandiani and of course Hammer Archer.

Congratulations to patmac and well done to HA for another brilliantly organised and well run competition.

Boards might not have the largest GAA forum on the Internet, but when it comes to predictions, we take some beating.
Fantastic standard all round.

I was hoping I wouldn't stay true to my Mayo heritage and come up short, but it wasn't to be!!

Looking forward to the league competition already.
