Where to put Noise Suppressor in pedal chain?

    Ok I'm getting a Noise Suppressor just wondering where to put it in the signal chain?

    Current signal is Guitar -> Tuner - > Tubescreamer -> Univox Superfuzz clone - > Chorus -> Delay ->Amp.

    The first place I would try would be the effects loop of your amp (if you have one) as is the only way to eliminate all the noise, but it may require you to set a higher threshold on the noise suppressor than you would like as the amp would be amplifying the noise from your guitar/tubescreamer/fuzz and adding that on top of the noise from the amp. Having too high a threshold on the noise suppressor will cut notes off prematurely.

    If the effects loop doesn't work out then I would place it after the fuzz as it would still get rid of most of the noise but at a much lower threshold, plus if you are running your delay in front of your amp the noise suppressor won't be cutting off your delay.

    well I have a Tiny Terror so no FX loop, so I think I'll try it after the fuzz and see if that makes a difference.
