Disclaimer: i have not been chugging these back, i'm just curious.

The vending machine in work has started stocking the berry flavour of Irish company Vit Hit's drink.

    Vit Hit Boost

Is this as "healthy", a non-sugary alternative to fizzy drinks is? It seems too good to be true.

Obviously i'm not having 5 a day - but if i fancied one, is there more to meets the eye than this one?

I can't see whats in it in detail but I have no issues with what I can see. As ever though, the point is that drinking water and eating the berries is always better than the processed equivalent.

Nutrition information from MyFitnessPall. It may be user entered so may be missing something, but I've generally found it reliable.

There really should be a database of nutritional labels

Thanks - never thought of looking at myfitnesspal actually.
Seems like a not-too-bad alternative if I just wanted something sweet one day.

Completely agree re: water/berries, i just thought it strange they stocked it and got curious.

There are a few flavours of it so if its relatively harmless might have one once a week etc.

It's kind of a pain that they don't tell you all that's in it, e.g. Vitamin b isn't listed, don't know why, but it's not.

    I need a Vyssel... :)

Found this, although your product isn't listed.
