Took the plunge and ordered one of these from fasttech. It'll be my first RTA so any advice on coils, wicking etc. would be most appreciated : )

I've just re-wicked mine so I took a snap of it.

    12 wraps of 26g for .6 ohms.
This build is better on a regulated device at between 25 -35w, the ramp up time is a bit much on a mech.

Make sure your Cotton is snug in the coil but not too tight, cut it about a mm past the posts, wet it and just lay it on the deck without sticking any in the juice channels.

    No bother.
    Yeah, FT ohms meter,
I have it a few months now but it's starting to get a bit temperamental.
I have one of the Smok ones from an Irish site, much better quality,it only reads to 1 decimal so no good for very low sub-ohm vaping but it's grand if you don't plan going below .2 or so.
