    Hello.

I am Edouard from France and I have money on my current Irish Account.

I would like to close it and transfer the money on my French Account.

I did not have registered to the 365 RoI Online when I was in Ireland.

I have three forms that the cashier gave to me
    1 : SEPA credit transfers
2 : Close account Instruction Form
    3 : P1 Customer instruction form

I filled everything as I can, but I don't know what is the SEPA reference (mandatory) ?
I don't know the right amount on my Irish account because i have no access online. I tried to call the Bank but I can't reach them.

Can you help me, I just need my money back.

    Hi Edweardoh,

    Thanks for the post.

A Sepa reference would be the narrative which shows on the payment going into your French account.

To get a closing balance on your account, please contact your account holding branch as we have no account access here.

Please see here for the branch contact details.

    Janette
