    Hi guys,

    Iv asked about courses on here before and was advised to stay away from NTC.
    I have found Image Fitness Training http://www.imageft.ie/ and am now looking for either advise or opinions on this course?

    I'm a little biased (since I tutor 2x per month for them) but I really strongly recommend you check out the elite fitness and performance academy in blackrock as well before making your decision.

    Im located in Cork so it will only be Cork courses. Thanks

    One of my trainers came thru Image and he's a top dude.

    I don't know what the cork tutors
    And course is like tho.
