    Hi,

Bit of a weird long post so apologies, I'll try to keep it short.

I used to work for a company who outsourced their IT department, people who weren't outsourced got redundancy at ~8 weeks per year service. Started working in 2001 and outsourced in 2003. In 2008 I was made redundant by the company I was outsourced to, I got statutory redundancy with an extra week per year service only. I got another job straight away so wasn't bothered. After this a lot of employee of the main company got made redundant and got 8 weeks per year. I'm wondering if I am entitled to anything extra?

Sorry for the bump, wondering if anyone knows anything on this?

If you got anything over statutory, you probably signed an agreement stating it was a full and final agreement of redundancy, so I'd say you're out of luck.

Yeah if you agreed to what you got at the time you can hardly go back for more on the basis others got more.

All you're entitled to is statutory and you got that

I figured as much, thanks for that.
