Remove the rad and get it checked by a radiator specialist before you do any other stripping. My guess is that the core of the rad is clogged up, and won't allow proper circulation.

When its running good does it rev out or does it only go to 2krpm? Also what colour smoke out the exhaust?

its black smoke, when happens wont pass 2ooo rpm, i drove it 60 miles yesterday, no problems,

today when to start it, its started and lost power and cut out, eventually started with alot of churning but when fine for 6 miles but on way back today i noticed it boiling up and checked under bonnet and the steam/water was coming out from behind the starter, something blew out maybe

I would say you are going to do a lot of damage if you keep driving it and it keeps overheating, something simple might end up costing more than the jeep is worth if you continue to overheat it

Shouldn't be any need to bleed it.
