Lumia 535 problem

    The wife got a Lumia 535 on Wednesday on contract with Tesco Mobile, its had nothing but problems, we are gonna return it to store tomorrow, will they give a straight replacement and should we factory reset it before we return it, as everything links together on Windows devices,thanks
