Lumia 535 problem

The wife got a Lumia 535 on Wednesday on contract with Tesco Mobile, its had nothing but problems, we are gonna return it to store tomorrow, will they give a straight replacement and should we factory reset it before we return it, as everything links together on Windows devices,thanks

What were the problems? and if possible, get the Lumia 435 as it's a better phone in every respect!

You can search for a phone at the bottom to compare them. 530 is lesser model than the 535.
