Can anyone tell me what would typical annual indemnity insurance cost for an independant chartered Civil/structural Engineer?
Engaged in: Temporary works design ,assigned certifier, building surveys, planning app's, property surveys etc.

I know of one engineer who pays €1200 for an indemnity of €250,000. Excess is €5000. Sole trader, small practice. Bigger firms with high value projects probably have higher premiums.
