Think my foot is damaged

I sprained my ankle really badly in November 2013. Was really sore for weeks upon weeks and was always really sore at night after work. It feels like the 2 toes next the big toe are all stiff and very sore to straighten out. All my toes can't seem to bend and flex as much as my other foot. The sole of my foot and the part were the leg and foot bends feels like it's in a concrete block when I try moving it. Also when resting my foot can be in constant pain and I feel I have to stretch it to take the pain away.

What could it be? Ligaments or bone problem?

    Cheers

Could be anything, from damaged ligaments to the early onset of arthritis.

Go to your GP and ask for a referral to a physio, only a medical professional can tell you what's going on.

Please dont ask for medical advice here. You need a physio or doctor.
