PAYE Query

Hi, I have a new employee that has just started with me, she has received her tax credit cert. but did not paid PAYE & USC in Feb and in March has not paid PAYE. I asked the revenue if her cert is up to date and they said yes. Could this be an issue with my payroll software or is it just a case of her building up credits…

Hi,
