    As per above. Is there any gym in Carlow that opens at 6am? I commute to work so 7:30 is the absolute latest I have to leave Carlow, showered and dry.
    Anything?

    Eire og opens at 7 not sure bout vitality id say 7 or 8 aswell

    Fit2go base camp run a 6.30am class on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Don't know about shower facilities though.
    Talbot & seven oaks both open at 7 going by their website. Might be worth ringing them to see if they facilitate earlier entry?
